We started DogMoore in early 2021 when we realized that we wanted to follow our passion for dogs and dog behavior, and turn it into a career that we could build our family around.

Matthew grew up with dogs his entire life, from gun dogs to American Pit Bull Terriers, he loves them all! He really got into behavior and training in 2014 when he got his home protection German Shepherd, Rowan. Matthew has shadowed and done decoy work for many renowned trainers. He specializes in obedience, personal protection, and decoy work. Matthew is a German Shepherd fanatic, and could talk to you about lines, structure, and pedigrees all day!

Tarin has been working with dogs since 2016. She started her career in the rescue industry specializing in the care of neonatal puppies. She later moved into the veterinary field, and eventually dog daycare management, where she quickly found her passion for canine behavior and training. Tarin is a graduate of Nellie B's Dog Training Academy, a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals, and the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants. She specializes in basic obedience, off-leash and behavior modification. Tarin's favorite thing to do with her dogs is attend Sunday Brunch at any local dog-friendly patio, restaurant or bar.
